MATCH ONE After the opening credits, video package and fireworks, the camera spun around Madison Square Garden before cutting to Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler at ringside.

Jim Ross: Good evening and welcome to the 2012 Royal Rumble, live from Madison Square Garden! I'm Jim Ross joined by Jerry "The King" Lawler.

Jerry Lawler: It's great to be here, JR! We're in the most famous arena in the world!

Jim Ross: We have six matches for you tonight, including the men's and women's Royal Rumble matches. Up first though, Jamilia Craft defends the Sky High Title against Brooke Tessmacher.

Brooke came to the ring first, followed by Jamilia. When both divas were in the ring the referee took the Sky High Title and held it in the air before taking it out of the ring and calling for the bell. The two divas locked up and Jamilia took Brooke down with a snapmare. She stomped on Brooke several times, then hit a knee drop and hooked the leg. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout! Jamilia picked Brooke up and whipped her into the corner, then ran towards her. Brooke moved out of the way and Jamilia collided with the turnbuckle. Brooke went for a roll up - 1... 2... kickout!

Jim Ross: Brooke almost stole one!

Both divas got to their feet and Jamilia kicked Brooke in the stomach before hitting a neckbreaker. She applied an armbar then picked Brooke up, lifting her onto her shoulders. Craft hit the uranage and went for the cover once more. The referee counted - 1... 2... kickout!

Jerry Lawler: Jamilia Craft is back in control!

Jamilia picked Brooke up and hit her with a series of right hands, then whipped her against the ropes. She attempted a clothesline but Brooke ducked and ran against the second set of ropes, then took Craft down with a spear. She sat on top of Jamilia and punched the champion several times before picking her up. She set Jamilia up for a DDT but Jamilia countered with a northern lights suplex.

Jim Ross: Great counter from Jamilia!

Both divas got to their feet and Jamilia hit Brooke with a back drop, then climbed the top rope. When Brooke got up, Craft hit her with a crossbody. She made the cover once more - 1... 2... kickout! Jamilia got up and as Brooke struggled to her feet, she ran the ropes. When Brooke got up, Craft hit the sunset flip powerbomb! She grabbed Brooke's legs and the referee counted - 1... 2... 3!

Jerry Lawler: Craft retains!

The referee called for the bell and handed Jamilia her title. Craft looked thoroughly pleased with herself as she celebrated her victory.

MATCH TWO

The bell rang three times.

Justin Roberts: The following Tag Team bout is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the vacant EBWF Tag Team CHAMPIONSHIPS!

"Adrenaline" was heard over the PA System as the newly formed team of Sheamus and Wade Barrett made their way to the ring.

Justin Roberts: Introducing first the team of WADE BARRETT and "The Celtic Warrior" SHEAMUS!

The two men walked down the ramp confidently and entered the ring.

Jim Ross: Well these 2 men are really the reason as to why the Tag Titles are vacant in the first place, King.

Jerry Lawler: Exactly right, JR. Last week on Warfare they attacked the former champions The Corre and put them out of commission.

Jim Ross: It was a damn shame, but these two have definitely made an impact here in the EBWF right from the get go.

"Dudebusters Theme" by Jim Johnston was heard next and Trent Barreta made his way out to the ring with Curt Hawkins, the crowd exploded with cheers.

Justin Roberts: AND their opponents. The team of Trent Barreta and Curt Hawkins!

Barreta and Hawkins sprinted down to the ring and went right after Sheamus and Wade. They started delivering right hands and the match had yet to begin.

Jim Ross: Wasting little time here, King!

Finally the referee was able to restore order, and the bell rang. Trent started the match against Sheamus. The two locked up and the early advantage went to Sheamus. He put Trent in a side headlock, but Trent was then able to wriggle out of it. He hit a kick to the back of Sheamus, which seemed to do nothing except anger The Celtic Warrior. Sheamus turned around and went for a clothesline but Barreta ducked, ran the ropes and then knocked Sheamus off of his feet with a spinning wheel kick. Trent went for the cover.

Jim Ross: Early cover here One. tw.. oh no Sheamus throws Trent off with some force, after just a 1 count.

Both men were back to a vertical base. Trent, challenged Sheamus to a test of strength. Sheamus looked at Trent's hand and had to laugh. He mouthed "you must be kidding, fella" Trent seemed adamant about the test of strength, so Sheamus seemed to be willing to oblige him. Sheamus put his hand toward Trent's, but instead kicked Trent right in the gut. Sheamus then connected on a double axe handle to the back, knocking Trent to the ground. Sheamus picked Trent up by his hair and connected on a scoop slam in the middle of the ring. He then made the tag to Wade, Sheamus held an arm of Trent up and Wade delivered a stomp right to the exposed area on Trent's chest. Wade went for a cover.

Jim Ross: Cover here one.. two.. no Trent kicked out.

Jerry Lawler: He needs to make a tag in the worst way though, JR.

Wade stayed on the attack. Trent tried to get to a vertical base but was hit with a vicious elbow drop to the back, which knocked him back down. Wade went to go pick Trent up by the hair but out of nowhere Trent rolled him up in an inside cradle.

Jim Ross: Inside cradle, could have him here ONE.. TWO.. THR.. NO! Wade just kicked out.

Jerry Lawler: Trent almost stole it there!

Wade seemed furious when both men were back to a vertical base. He charged at Trent who then baseball slid under Wade's legs. Trent connected on a missle dropkick knocking Wade to all fours, and allowing him to dive and make the tag to Curt Hawkins, which the crowd loved. Hawkins came in like a bull. When Wade turned around he was hit with one clothesline, Wade got up again, only to be put down with another clothesline. Hawkins then proceeded to knock Sheamus off the apron with a stiff running right hand. This took his eye of the ball for one moment, and that was all Wade needed. Hawkins turned right into a standing power slam and a cover by Wade.

Jim Ross: This could be it here, ONE.. TWO.. no 2 count.

The crowd yelled out "2." As Wade was back to his feet. Hawkins slowly made his way back up as well. Wade went for a right hand, but Curt blocked it and hit 3 rights of his own. Curt then ran the ropes and Wade stopped him with a stiff kick to the midsection. Wade then went for a scoop slam but Hawkins countered and landed on the other side of Wade. Hawkins then planted Wade with a bulldog, and went for the cover.

Jim Ross: Great counter, could have him here, ONE, TWO, THR.. no kickout.

Jerry Lawler: Now its Wade Barrett who needs a tag.

Hawkins dragged Wade towards he and Trent's corner. He tagged Trent in. Trent went to the top rope and just as Wade was coming to. He connected on a flying cross body, but Wade was able to roll through and he came out as the one covering Trent.

Jim Ross: NO! What a counter, don't tell me. ONE.. TWO.. THR.. NO Trent kicked out!

The crowd was going crazy and yelled out "2" once again. This was the opening Wade needed as he tagged in his partner Sheamus. Both men were back to a vertical base. Sheamus looked at Wade to see if he was ok, and Barreta out of nowhere hit his springboard DDT on Sheamus! The crowd was going crazy. Trent went for the cover.

Jim Ross: THAT'S IT! He's GOT IT. ONE.. TWO... What the hell!

The pin was a little too close to Wade, who wisely dropped down to the floor and put Sheamus foot on the rope. Trent couldn't believe it, he looked to the ref and held up 3 fingers. The crowd was booing their brains out, but the referee could do nothing but point to Sheamus foot on the ropes. Curt Hawkins on the other side was pissed and he was pleading his case that Wade was cheating. The referee quickly made his way over to Curt to stop him from coming in the ring. While this was going on Wade Barrett went into the ring and hit Wasteland on Trent. He put Sheamus arm over Trent. The referee after another 2 beats. Finally, saw the cover.

Jim Ross: No it can't be! Damnit no! ONE.. TWO.. THRE... NO TRENT KICKED OUT, HE KICKED OUT!

Jerry Lawler: WHAT?!

The crowd was going nuts! Now it was Wade Barrett who couldn't believe his eyes. He started arguing with the offical, which allowed Hawkins to come in the ring. Sheamus was getting back to a vertical base. When Barrett saw Hawkins, he pushed the referee aside, and charged Hawkins. Wade hit a clothesline on Hawkins which sent both of them spilling outside of the ring. Sheamus looked at the carnage that was on the outside and Trent was up behind Sheamus, he attempted to go for his springboard DDT once again, but this time Sheamus countered and threw Trent off of him, Trent landed on his feet, only long enough to be nailed with a Brogue Kick. He went for the cover.

Jim Ross: Brogue Kick! Here is the cover.. ONE..TWO.. THREE! It's over, King.

Jerry Lawler: Fair and square, JR.

Jim Ross: Pains me to say it, but nothing controversial about that ending!

"Adrenaline" hit again, and Wade who was on the outside still, joined Sheamus in the ring. The two were awarded their belts.

Justin Roberts: Here are your winners, and THE NEEEEEW EBWF TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS. Wade Barrett and Sheamus!

Jim Ross: What a match, King, and you have to wonder, will this type of match at a grand stage like The Royal Rumble, finally revive this Tag Team Division.

Jerry Lawler: I sure hope so, JR, if it means more matches like that!

MATCH THREE

Lilian Garcia: The following contest is the 2012 Women's Royal Rumble match! As the EBWF Women's Championship is currently vacant, the winner of this match will become the new Women's Champion! Introducing first, the number one entrant...

AJ Lee came out first to a warm reception from the crowd. After AJ had entered the ring, "You Can Look (But You Can't Touch)" hit and the crowd booed as Nikki Bella walked out, accompanied by Brie.

Jim Ross: Brie Bella won't be entering this match until later on, so the referees will have to be vigilant against any attempts at twin magic!

Jerry Lawler: I'll keep a close eye on Brie, JR, don't you worry!

After Nikki entered the ring, the referee called for the bell and AJ and Nikki locked up. Nikki applied a headlock but AJ shoved her against the ropes, then took her down with a clothesline. She hit Nikki with several punches and tried to throw her over the top rope, but Nikki held on. The two divas continued to fight back and forth before Madison Rayne entered at number three. Madison went straight for AJ Lee, kicking her in the gut and throwing her towards the ropes. AJ reversed the Irish whip, launching Madison into the ropes. Madison fell over the top rope but held on. However as she stood on the ring apron, AJ hit her with a dropkick, causing her to fall.

Jim Ross: Madison Rayne has been eliminated!

AJ celebrated wildly, while Madison looked furious as she made her way to the back. In the ring, Nikki Bella was able to take control of the match, but before she could try to eliminate AJ, Gail Kim came out at number four. Gail ran at Nikki, who attempted a clothesline. Gail ducked, ran against the ropes and hit Nikki with a headscissors takedown. AJ got up and grabbed Gail from behind, putting her in the Octopus Hold! Gail cried out in pain but moved towards the ropes, and tried to lift AJ over the top rope! AJ held on and rolled under the bottom rope. Nikki was back on her feet and as she fought Gail Kim, Natalya came out at number five.

Jerry Lawler: Here comes the Anvilette!

Upon entering the ring, Natalya started the match strongly. Nikki ran towards her and Natalya hit Nikki with an arm drag. Gail tried to hit Natalya with a right hand but Natalya blocked it and took Gail down with a clothesline. AJ got to her feet and before she could try anything, Natalya kicked her in the stomach and hit a double underhook suplex. The crowd cheered as Nattie stood over the fallen divas. Nikki got up and ran at Natalya again, but this time Natalya hit her with a powerslam. Gail got back up and managed to hit Natalya with some punches. She then attempted a DDT, but Natalya blocked it and countered with a neckbreaker. AJ got back up and Natalya grabbed her by the legs, tripping her up. To the delight of Madison Square Garden, Natalya applied the Sharpshooter!

Jim Ross: Natalya is dominating the match!

Brie entered the match at number six and helped Nikki up. The Bellas then double-teamed Natalya, hitting her with a flurry of punches before dragging her towards the ropes. As Brie and Nikki tried to eliminate Natalya, Gail fought AJ. She whipped AJ into a corner then ran at her, attempting a clothesline. AJ got her feet up and kicked Gail away, then grabbed her by the head and threw her over the top rope.

Jerry Lawler: Gail Kim has been eliminated!

Jim Ross: AJ Lee makes her second elimination!

Gail looked frustrated and she grabbed AJ by the leg, pulling her under the bottom rope. She hit AJ with a DDT outside the ring before making her way to the back. In the ring, the Bellas continued to double-team Natalya. They hit Nattie with a double suplex, then dragged her towards the ropes once more. Suddenly, "Holla" hit and Madison Square Garden cheered as Kelly Kelly made her way to the ring.

Jerry Lawler: I don't believe it, JR! Kelly Kelly is back!

Kelly ran to the ring and upon entering it attacked the Bella Twins. She grabbed Brie and hit her with a neckbreaker, then took Nikki down with a dropkick. She helped Natalya to her feet, and whispered something in her ear. Natalya nodded and as the Bellas got to their feet, Kelly went for Brie and Natalya went for Nikki. Kelly hit Brie with the Kelly Killer and Natalya hit Nikki with Nattie By Nature. Kelly and Natalya then eliminated Brie and Nikki. As Kelly and Natalya celebrated, AJ re-entered the ring. She stared across at Kelly and Natalya, looking concerned. However before anything else happened, Kaitlyn came out as the eighth entrant.

Jim Ross: Here comes Kaitlyn to even the odds for AJ!

Kaitlyn ran to the ring and stood beside AJ. AJ and Kaitlyn then fought Kelly and Natalya. As Kelly took down Kaitlyn with a bulldog, AJ hit Natalya with a DDT. AJ charged towards Kelly, but Trish took her down with a spear. Natalya then got up, looking confused. She shoved Kelly away then hit her with a Michinoku Driver.

Jerry Lawler: Did Natalya just turn on Kelly Kelly?

Jim Ross: I think that DDT aggravated Natalya's concussion!

Jerry Lawler: She's still concussed?!

Jim Ross: It would appear so.

Natalya picked Kelly up and threw her over the top rope, then looked at AJ and Kaitlyn, who were still down. She shrugged, and all of a sudden she looked happy. She climbed over the top rope and followed Kelly Kelly backstage.

Jerry Lawler: What the hell just happened, JR?

Jim Ross: Natalya eliminated Kelly Kelly, then eliminated herself, King.

AJ and Kaitlyn got to their feet and upon realizing they were the only two people still in the Rumble, hugged each other before dancing in the ring. They were interrupted by Tiffany, who came out as the ninth entrant. Without Daffney by her side, Tiffany looked unsure of herself and upon entering the ring, she was immediately double-teamed by AJ and Kaitlyn. AJ and Kaitlyn beat Tiffany down, then Kaitlyn hit Tiffany with a reverse STO before eliminating her. Once again, AJ and Kaitlyn were the only two divas in the Rumble, and they high-fived. Brooke Tessmacher came out next, and upon entering the ring ran at Kaitlyn and took her down with a spear. Kaitlyn and Brooke rolled around the ring brawling, but AJ got involved and picked Brooke up, whipping her against the ropes before hitting a spinning heel kick. AJ picked Brooke up once more and with the help of Kaitlyn, tried to eliminate her. Brooke held on to the bottom rope and despite AJ and Kaitlyn's best efforts, they couldn't force her to let go. Christy Hemme came out as the eleventh entrant and AJ and Kaitlyn turned their attention to her as Brooke rolled back into the ring. Hemme smiled sweetly at AJ and Kaitlyn, then pointed at Brooke, as if to suggest that they triple-team her. As Brooke shook her head furiously, AJ and Kaitlyn nodded. Hemme picked Brooke up and hit her with a snapmare, then handed her to AJ and Kaitlyn, who hit a double suplex. AJ then whipped Brooke into a corner and one after the other, AJ, Kaitlyn and Hemme all hit Brooke with a corner clothesline. As Brooke crumpled to the mat, Karen Jarrett came out at number twelve.

Jerry Lawler: Only four more entrants after Karen, JR!

Upon entering the ring, Karen glared at AJ, Kaitlyn and Hemme. Kaitlyn ran towards her but Karen hit her with a vicious slap! She then attempted to slap Hemme, but Hemme blocked it and responded with a slap of her own, knocking Karen down. By this time, Brooke had recovered and she went straight for AJ. Brooke fought AJ while Hemme fought Karen, and when Sarona Snuka entered at number thirteen, she went for Kaitlyn. Sarona took Kaitlyn down then climbed the top rope and hit her with a Crossbody. Meanwhile, AJ lifted Brooke over her shoulders and moved towards the ropes, throwing Brooke to the outside.

Jim Ross: AJ Lee takes out Brooke Tessmacher, making her third elimination.

AJ then helped Kaitlyn fight Sarona as Hemme hit Karen with the Hemme Twist. She picked Karen up and threw her over the ropes, eliminating her. She then helped AJ and Kaitlyn eliminate Sarona Snuka. As the three women celebrated their unlikely alliance, "Aphrodite" by Kylie Minogue hit. The crowd cheered at the unexpected sight of Torrie Wilson.

Jerry Lawler: Oh my, JR! It's the beautiful Torrie Wilson!

Torrie was all smiles as she made her way down the ramp, but upon entering the ring it became clear she wasn't there to make friends. She took Hemme down with a clothesline, hit Kaitlyn with a DDT and speared AJ. Hemme got to her feet and Torrie hit the Nose Job before eliminating her.

Jim Ross: Christy Hemme is gone!

AJ and Kaitlyn worked together to double-team Torrie. As the three divas fought, Daffney came out at number fifteen. She hit Kaitlyn with the Hosaka Kick then whipped AJ against the ropes, before hitting the Fyfe Drop. Torrie got to her feet and Daffney attempted an inverted DDT, but Torrie blocked it and turned around, picking Daffney up and hitting a scoop slam. "We Are The Dead" by Does It Offend You, Yeah? hit and Jamilia Craft came out as the sixteenth and final contestant.

Jerry Lawler: This is everyone now! The final five!

Jamilia came out with her Sky High Title, which she placed next to the ring bell before entering the ring. She went straight for Torrie and as Jamilia fought Torrie, Daffney rolled out of the ring under the bottom rope, grabbing the title belt. She re-entered the ring and drilled Torrie in the back of the head with it! AJ got up and Daffney hit her with the belt as well, then hit Kaitlyn with the belt too. As Daffney cackled, Jamilia snatched the title away from her. Daffney snarled at Jamilia, and although she looked intimidated, Jamilia clutched the title belt protectively. Torrie got back to her feet and took advantage of the tension, grabbing Daffney from behind and throwing her over the top rope. She then looked back to Jamilia, who seemed unsure what to do. She walked past Torrie, climbing through the ropes and putting her title back next to the ring bell before re-entering the match.

Jim Ross: Jamilia Craft went through the ropes, not over them so she's still in the match. We're down to the final four now, one of these women will soon be crowned the new Women's Champion.

AJ and Kaitlyn had recovered by this point and the four divas looked across at each other. Jamilia went for AJ while Kaitlyn fought Torrie. Kaitlyn hit Torrie with a series of punches then went to whip her against the ropes. Torrie reversed the Irish whip, throwing Kaitlyn into the ropes before hitting a swinging neckbreaker. Jamilia hit AJ with a suplex, which she followed up with a sunset flip powerbomb. She then picked AJ up and threw her over the top rope, but AJ grabbed the top rope and held on. As Jamilia tried to finish her off, AJ pulled down on the ropes, causing Jamilia to fall. Jamilia held onto the second rope but AJ managed to get to her feet and she kicked Jamilia's hand, causing her to let go of the rope and fall to the outside. As AJ re-entered the ring, Torrie picked Kaitlyn up onto her shoulders. She threw Kaitlyn towards AJ, causing Kaitlyn to hit AJ with a crossbody. She then picked Kaitlyn up once more and threw her over the top rope, leaving AJ and Torrie as the final two. Torrie allowed AJ time to get to her feet but when AJ was up, Torrie kicked her in the stomach and hit a snap suplex. She picked AJ up and attempted a back drop, but AJ landed on her feet behind her and countered with a Russian legsweep. She then picked Torrie up and ran towards the ropes, hitting the Sliced Bread #2. As Torrie struggled to her feet, AJ grabbed her and whipped her towards the ropes. Torrie went over the top rope but held onto the bottom rope. AJ ran towards her and hit a baseball slide, but still Torrie held on. She managed to get back in the ring and once she was on her feet, she hit AJ with a bulldog. AJ got to her feet and Torrie whipped her into the corner. She ran towards AJ and hit a handspring back elbow, and as AJ staggered forwards, Torrie clotheslined her over the top rope! The referee called for the bell.

Lilian Garcia: Your winner and the NEW Women's Champion... Torrie Wilson!

The referee handed Torrie the title and Torrie celebrated her victory as AJ walked to the back.

MATCH FOUR

Ding Ding Ding

Justin Roberts: The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is for the EBWF Path To Glory CHAMPIONSHIP!

"Heroes" by Shinedown was heard and Ted DiBiase made his way to the ring, surprisingly he was alone. He soaked in the boo's from the Madison Square Garden crowd.

Justin Roberts: Introducing first the challenger, he is a member of The Trilogy, TED DIBIASE!

No sooner was Jeff in the ring, that the crowd went from boo's to almost tearing the roof off with cheers, as "Resurrected" by Peroxywhy?gen was heard, and Jeff Hardy came through the curtain. A "Hardy" Chant had already broken out, and Jeff was playing the crowd up. He had his PTG Title wrapped around his neck and he sprinted, and slid into the ring. Ted went to the floor, and never took his eyes off Hardy throughout Jeff's energetic entrance.

Justin Roberts: And his opponent, HE is the EBWF Path To Glory Champion "The Enigma" JEFF HARDY!

Jim Ross: I gotta tell you King, this is one of the matches that I have REALLY been looking forward to. Jeff Hardy defeated fellow Trilogy member, The Miz, last month at Christmas Eve of Destruction to win the Path To Glory Championship, but tonight he will face a returning Ted DiBiase who is determined to prove he is back and better than ever.

Jerry Lawler: I can't wait, JR!

The bell rang and Hardy handed his title to the referee, who handed it to the time keeper. The two men circled each other, and the "Hardy" chants grew louder. They finally locked up, the early advantage went to Ted DiBiase who put Jeff in a hammerlock right out of the gate. Jeff quickly reversed it, to the crowd's delight. Ted missed wildly on an elbow to Hardy's head and Jeff turned the hammer lock into a belly to back suplex, in which he slammed Ted to the side right on his face. The crowd cheered as the PTG champion was quickly to his feet. He ran the ropes and just as Ted was back on all fours, Hardy hit him square in the face with a low drop kick that sent him back to the canvas. He went for the cover.

Jim Ross: Early cover here, one, two, no Ted kicked out at 2.

Jerry Lawler: Hardy looks focused here tonight, JR.

Jeff quickly picked Ted back up to a vertical base. He kicked Ted in the mid section once, and then twice, on the third kick Ted caught Jeff's foot and spun in all the way around. When Jeff was facing Ted again, Ted crushed him with a vicious clothesline that caused the crowd to "Oooh." Ted went for a cover.

Jim Ross: What impact! One, two, no Jeff kicked out.

Ted began to stomp away at Hardy. He then picked Jeff up, and irish whipped him into the corner. Ted attempted to follow Jeff and sandwich him with a clothesline, but instead Jeff ducked out of the way causing Ted to go face first into the turnbuckle. Hardy then grabbed ted in a side headlock and planted Ted with a spring board bulldog, taking off on the turnbuckle. Hardy went right to the top rope after he connected on this move and sat perched in a catcher's position. As Ted stumbled to his feet Hardy came off the top rope with a flying calf kick that delighted the crowd. He quickly went for a cover.

Jim Ross: What a move! Here's the cover ONE, TWO, THR.. no 2 count.

Jerry Lawler: That was close!

Hardy was up once again, and brought Ted to his feet as well. He went to irish whip Ted into the ropes but Ted reversed it. Ted then lay on his stomach letting Hardy run over the top of him and rebound off the ropes on the other side. Ted sprung to his feet quickly and attempted to hit a hip toss, but Hardy blocked it. Hardy then tried to hit a hip toss of his own, but DiBiase blocked it. Ted broke this struggle with a quick knee to Hardy's midsection. He then grabbed Jeff by the hair and threw him out of the ring. The referee started a ten count, as Ted regained his wits about him. Ted followed Jeff to the outside. Ted picked Hardy up and slammed his head into the side barricade right in front of some fans. Ted looked at the fans and yelled "you like that? huh?!" He slammed Hardy's head into that same barricade not once but 3 more times. He then threw Jeff back into the ring, and taunted the fans some more.

Jim Ross: Ted's got to remain focused here, King.

Jerry Lawler: He seems more interested in the fans then he does on the match!

Ted finally joined Jeff back in the ring. Hardy was just back to all fours when Ted kicked him square in the mid section which knocked him back to the turf. Ted signaled to the crowd that this was it. He got crouched in a ready position and waited for Jeff to rise back to his feet. When he did, Ted attempted to hit Dream Street but Hardy blocked it with two quick elbows to Ted's head. Jeff then went for the twist of fate, but Ted shoved him off. When Jeff rebounded back towards DiBiase, Ted went for Dream Street again, but when Jeff was lifted in the air he was able to wriggle free and roll ted up with a schoolboy.

Jim Ross: What a counter, will Jeff retain the title?! ONE, TWO... THR... NO a kick out.

Jerry Lawler: I thought he had him there, JR.

Both men were quickly back to a vertical base and they locked up once more. Jeff gained the advantage with a side headlock. He shoved Ted into the ropes and on the rebound, Hardy telegraphed a back body drop, Ted kicked Jeff right in the face and planted him with a DDT in the center of the ring. Both men were down, and appeared to be exhausted. Ted was first to his feet, and appeared to be setting Jeff up for Dream Street once again . Jeff rose to his feet and saw Ted waiting for him, so wisely Jeff slid out of the ring before Ted could get his hands on him. Ted rushed the ropes on the side where Hardy was standing and attempted a baseball slide dropkick, but Jeff side stepped it, Ted landed on his feet but became vulnerable and Jeff planted Ted with a twist of fate on the outside. The crowd cheered like crazy!

Jim Ross: TWIST of FATE, right on the floor, OH MY GOD.

Jerry Lawler: Look, JR!

Jim Ross: My god, Jeff don't do it!

Jeff had gone up to the top rope, and he looked out at the capacity crowd at Madison Square Garden. They were screaming their heads off, as Jeff flew off the top rope with a Swanton Bomb to the outside! Just as Hardy was about to connected, Ted DiBiase moved out of the way and Jeff found nothing but floor with his landing. The crowd "Oooh'ed" and a "Holy Shit" chant broke out.

Jim Ross: Damn! Nobody home! Nobody Home! My god, this Jeff Hardy does first, and thinks second!

Jerry Lawler: I think he's dead, JR!

Both men were still down and finally Ted was able to roll into the ring. The referee was up to a count of 6 for Hardy.

Jim Ross: Ted's got to get Jeff back in the ring. The title can not change hands on a count out, King.

Jerry Lawler: I think Ted knows that too. There he goes.

The referee was at 8 when DiBiase was able to roll a lifeless Jeff Hardy back into the ring. He went for the cover.

Jim Ross: Well this is pretty much academic at this point, One, Two, Thre... HE KICKED OUT! HE KICKED OUT! OH MY GOD!

Jerry Lawler: WHAT!?

The crowd was going crazy, and Ted couldn't believe it. He had a look of pure shock on his face, as he quickly rose to his feet. He picked Hardy up and went for Dream Street again but again Hardy wriggled free, he attempted a clothesline but he had nothing left, Ted ducked the clothesline, and FINALLY planted Hardy with Dream Street in the center of the ring.

Jim Ross: Dream Street! I can't believe it, could it be? Will it be? YES! Damn! Ted DiBiase has just won the EBWF Path To Glory Championship!

Jerry Lawler: What a match, JR!

Justin Roberts: HERE IS YOUR WINNER, AND THE NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEW EBWF PATH TO GLORY CHAMPION, TED DIBIASE!

The referee handed Ted the PTG Title. Ted was exhausted but once the title was in his hand an arrogant smile came on his face. He raised the title high above his head, and the MSG crowd was booing him loudly. Jeff Hardy was still down in the ring, as Ted walked to him, stepped on him, and left the ring. As DiBiase made his way up the ramp, he continuously slapped the plate of the title, until he made it all the way through the curtain.

Jim Ross: Well score one for Trilogy here, a good start to their night, and a big title win for Ted DiBiase.

Jerry Lawler: I hope Jeff's ok, JR.

Jim Ross: If I know anything, King. I know that Jeff Hardy is one son of a gun, and Ted DiBiase has not seen the last of him!

MATCH FIVE

AWWWEEEESOME! "I Came to Play" by Downstait came over the PA, and the Miz came out to the ring to a fair amount of boos. The Miz narrowed his eyes at the EBWF crowd, clearly unimpressed with their opinions, and went to the ring. He removed the long jacket he was wearing, and started bouncing back and forth, awaiting the arrival of Brian Kendrick. It didn't take long for "Rocket Skates" to hit, and the EBWF World Champion came out to the ring alone.

Jim Ross: And the EBWF World Champion isn't accompanied by any of his friends from The Midnight Gang. You really got to wonder if that means Kendrick has an over inflated sense of self confidence here.

Kendrick got into the ring, and held up the EBWF World Championship above his head. The referee took it and presented it for contention. The bell rang, and the two men began circling. The crowd was split between the two men, with each person having their favorite bad guy. The two men locked up and Miz was quick to take Kendrick down to the mat. Kendrick went into the ropes to catch his breath for a second. Kendrick called for a test of strength, but went to work on Miz's arm instead. Both men traded holds before Kendrick took Miz down to the mat with an arm bar. Miz got into the ropes, then went to the outside to gather himself.

Jerry Lawler: Look, Miz can't win it out there. These two need to get into the ring, and they need to fight this out!

Once back in the ring, the Miz locked on a head lock. Kendrick pushed him off, but it lead to a big shoulder block from Miz. Miz hit a couple of deep arm drags before holding on. Kendrick locked in a head scissors, and Miz got out with a head stand/drop kick combination.

Jim Ross: What a move from The Miz!

Kendrick used his speed to take Miz to the mat repeatedly. Kendrick hit a drop toe hold and Miz rolled out to the apron. Miz came back into the ring with a slingshot sunset flip, but Kendrick kicked him in the face instead. Kendrick tried for a sliced bread, but Miz fought it off and rolled to the outside. Kendrick followed and laid in with a couple of big forearms before sending Miz into the barricade, then Kendrick choked Miz with his boot. Kendrick continued the assault, launching him into the barricade again, but Miz was able to turn it around, sending Kendrick right into the steel ring post hard.

Jerry Lawler: These men are giving it all!

Miz rolled back into the ring and got a near fall before choking Kendrick on the bottom rope. Miz slingshotted himself to the floor and caught Kendrick with a double sledge on his way out. Miz came back into the ring for another quick near fall. Miz laid into Kendrick with a couple of nasty strikes while Kendrick was in the ropes. Miz put Kendrick down to the mat and followed up with a big elbow drop before putting his knee in Kendrick's back repeatedly. Miz tied Kendrick up in the stump puller, sitting back into a head scissors. Miz broke the hold and Kendrick got to his feet, attempting to fight back. Miz put him right back down to the mat, and went for a running bulldog, but Kendrick moved out of the way. Kendrick was able to come up with a jawbreaker, but when he went for an enzugiri, Miz ducked it and sent Kendrick into the middle turnbuckle hard. Miz yelled at Kendrick to get up and he went for a corner dropkick but Kendrick got up his leg for a quick stiff kick. Kendrick charged into Miz with a quick strike and a couple of quick dropkicks. Miz was hung up in the ropes and Kendrick drop kicked him to the outside before hitting a suicide dive, driving Miz into the barricade. Kendrick sent Miz back into the ring and followed in with a missile dropkick from the top that was good for another two count.

Jim Ross: How much does Kendrick have left?! He thought he had it there!

Kendrick hit a big tornado DDT, but it still wasn't enough to keep Miz down for a three. Kendrick went for sliced bread, but when he got to the corner, Miz tossed him over the top and to the floor. Miz went for a suicide dive, but Kendrick moved and Miz crashed and burned, diving head first into the barricade. Miz was able to crawl back into the ring and Kendrick went to work with right hands. Miz responded with forearms. Both men traded blows, but Miz was able to side step a charging Kendrick and throw him to the outside. Miz launched himself over the top rope with a slingshot twisting press, and both men were completely out!

Jerry Lawler: And now it's a waiting game! Which man can get to his feet first?

It was Miz who powered back to his feet, taking Kendrick into the ring and working on him in the corner. Miz hit a charging corner dropkick, which was good for a two count. Kendrick came up with a small package out of nowhere for two, then followed up with a backslide, then a roll up, all for two. Aries fought off another roll up and hit a sick forearm, sending Kendrick to the mat. Miz draped Kendrick's leg across the top rope and hit a spinning neck breaker for another two count.

Jim Ross: Brian Kendrick will not let go of the World Heavyweight Championship, and it is frustrating the Miz.

Miz went for an elbow drop but Kendrick moved. Kendrick sent Miz into the corner hard and hit a double underhook suplex for two. Kendrick went for the sliced bread but the ref was in the way. Miz got in a quick low kick to the thigh, and turned it into the Skull Crushing Finale.

Jerry Lawler: Could it be?! Hold on…

Jim Ross: The Miz with the pin.

1…2…3!

Jim Ross: We've just seen what many thought was completely impossible!

Lilian Garcia: Ladies and Gentlemen, your winner and the Neeeeeeeeeew, EBWF World Champion… THE Miiiizzzzzzz!

The Miz grabbed the EBWF World Championship and stood up on the turnbuckle, holding the title high above his head as the screen faded to a video package for the Royal Rumble!

THE ROYAL RUMBLE

Lilian Garcia: Ladies and Gentlemen, it is time for our main event. This is the over the top 30-Man Royal Rumble Match! The winner will go on to face the EBWF World Champion at Wrestlemania! This match will start with two competitors in the ring, and every 90 seconds a man will be added to the match, with the last of 30 men to become the winner of the 2012 Royal Rumble. Introducing first… "Word Life" hit the PA.

Lilian Garcia: Introducing first, from West Newbury, Massachusetts, John Cena! And the second entrant, Wade Barrett!

"Just Don't Care Anymore" came over the PA and Wade Barrett hurried to the ring to get it started. The two men exchanged devastating blows.

Jim Ross: And we're getting this started with a bang, every single one of these superstars wants to go to Wrestlemania in March!

Barrett hit a DDT on Cena, and Cena came back, dodging Barrett into the corner, and drilling his head into Barrett's abdomen again and again. The crowd counted along with the countdown clock and the buzzer went off. "We Die Young" hit and Charlie Haas was the third entrant into the Rumble. He joined the triple threat fight, just as Cena had face planted Barrett. Barrett was recovering, and Haas went straight for Cena, blocking a punch and landing a devastating blow to Cena's head. Cena went down to one knee, and went to work on Haas' midsection. Another countdown, and "BREAK THE WALLS DOWN!" brought the crowd to their feet, as Jericho did a hurried entrance and got into the ring. He immediately went to work on Barrett, helping him to his feet and throwing him into the turnbuckle. Jericho mounted the second rope, and laid hard chops into the chest of Barrett.

Jim Ross: We've got ourselves a fatal fourway!

"Isolation" by Alter Bridge hit after another countdown, and the number 5 flashed on the tron as Bobby Roode came to the ring to join the Rumble. Roode came in fast, and caught Jericho's attention right away. Jericho laid in the huge clothesline, and knocked Roode to his back.

Jerry Lawler: Five men in the ring now, and nobody seems to be able to get a leg up on their competition here.

90 seconds had passed, and the crowd was feeling the excitement as the buzzer sounded and "I Spit in the Face of People Who Don't Want to Be Cool!" greeted their ears. Carlito came rushing to the ring, and walked right into a bulldog from John Cena!

Jim Ross: That'll knock the wind out of your sails!

Bobby Roode got in a few good kicks to Carlito's midsection, and pulled him to his feet. Jericho hit Roode across the back of the shoulder blades, and Roode stumbled away with Jericho following. Carlito pulled himself up on the ropes, and stood there for a moment, trying to gather himself, but it was too little too late as Cena ran up and clotheslined him over the top rope.

Jerry Lawler: And there goes Carlito!

JOHN CENA eliminated CARLITO

The buzzer came alive again, and a generic theme hit as Stevie Richards sprinted down to the ring as the others had before him. Richards went right for Charlie Haas and Wade Barrett decided to be of some help. The two men took turns laying chops to Haas. Another huge fight between Jericho and Cena was breaking out, and the countdown clock had begun again. Ted DiBiase Jr. came flying toward the ring.

Jim Ross: The newly crowned Path to Glory Champion! His Trilogy team mate, The Miz is the new EBWF World Champion. This entire night has been unbelievable, and Ted DiBiase looks to keep his momentum going!

Steven Richards had gotten caught up in his fight with Haas and Barrett. His feet were on the bottom rope, and Barrett turned on Richards just as quickly as he had helped him out. Haas and Barrett each grabbed one of Richards feet, and tossed him over the top rope.

WADE BARRETT & CHARLIE HAAS eliminated STEVEN RICHARDS

Tyler Reks was next to the ring at number 9.

Jim Ross: Nine men have entered the ring, and seven still remain.

Indeed, John Cena, Wade Barrett, Charlie Haas, Chris Jericho, Bobby Roode, Ted Jr. and Tyler Reks. Cena and Jericho were still paired off. Bobby Roode had moved on to Wade Barrett, and the remaining three were trading punches. The countdown began again with the crowd hyped up. "Woo Woo Woo!" The crowd were on their feet as Zack Ryder sprinted to the ring, and slid in, on fire. He began laying punches into Ted Jr, and the two men set the ring on fire with chain wrestling.

Jerry Lawler: This is one of the best Rumbles I've seen in a long time!

The buzzer went off. "Ain't No Grave" hit the PA and the crowd stayed amped for the Undertaker's arrival. He sped up his entrance, and left his hat and jacket on the ring steps. Ted saw The Undertaker coming, and backed up. He stepped onto the canvas, and clasped Zack Ryder on the shoulder. Ryder's eyes got big, but his other opponents in the ring ganged up on Undertaker. Jericho hit the codebreaker on Undertaker and saved Ryder. Undertaker was kept down on his back with kicks to his midsection. The crowd did another countdown, and "Perfection" hit the PA, and the crowd booed the arrival of Dolph Ziggler, who charged into the ring.

Jim Ross: The brawling continues! These men are climbing all over each other to obtain that brass ring.

A familiar music started and the crowd went crazy as Alberto Del Rio made his entrance at number 13! He slid through the bottom rope, and got met with kicks to his lower back. Del Rio tried to get back to his feet, and moved into the turnbuckle. He came charging out, and went straight into Charlie Haas and Wade Barrett, and even managed a DDT on John Cena. The countdown started again, and all of the lights went out, a huge burst of pyro went off on the stage area, and a familiar sounding music started.

Jim Ross: Bah God! It's Kane! It's Kane!

Kane got into the ring, and saw an opening. Many of the men were occupied with the Undertaker, and Kane grabbed the first person he saw and threw them over the top rope.

Jerry Lawler: That's the end of Zack Ryder's Wrestlemania dreams this year!

KANE eliminated ZACK RYDER

Kane immediately turned and grabbed another unsuspecting victim. Alberto Del Rio flailed his arms unsuccessfully, and went sailing over the top rope as well.

KANE eliminated ALBERTO DEL RIO

"Line in the Sand" hit PA after the buzzer sounded and Batista made his EBWF return to a positive response from the fans. Once in the ring, Batista cleaned house, but only managed to get Ted Jr. through the second rope, which meant he was still participating in the match. Another countdown was voiced by the fans, and JTG was next to the ring. He slid into the ring, and immediately popped to his feet, only to be met with a waiting clothesline from Kane.

KANE eliminated JTG

Kane's momentum pushed him forward and Chris Jericho capitalized, throwing all his weight into Kane and completing his forward momentum up over the top rope.

CHRIS JERICHO eliminated KANE

The countdown completed and Curt Hawkins was next to enter the ring. Six men had been eliminated, and eleven men remained. Joining Hawkins were Batista, Dolph Ziggler, Undertaker, Tyler Reks, Ted Jr., Bobby Roode, Chris Jericho, Charlie Haas and John Cena!

Jim Ross: The five men who started this match still remain!

Another 90 seconds passed with AJ Styles entering the match at number 18, and Cody Rhodes was out 90 seconds later as another entrant. Drew McIntyre made the entries 66% complete when he came out at #20. Ted DiBiase and AJ Styles finally had a chance to work together and they managed to outsmart Cody Rhodes, tossing him to the outside. Cody hung on, but took a drop kick to the face from Ted Jr. to fall off the apron.

TED DIBIASE eliminated CODY RHODES

Sim Snuka was into the ring at number 21, and the competition was heating up. The ring was becoming overly crowded, and Dolph Ziggler was determined to take care of that, getting his hands on Snuka just moments after he stepped into the ring. He hit him with a Zig Zag that disoriented him, and then helped him out over the top rope.

DOLPH ZIGGLER eliminated SIM SNUKA

Coming in at number 22, MVP had the crowd up out of their seats, but the action wasn't stopping. John Cena took care of Drew McIntyre after blows were exchanged.

JOHN CENA eliminated DREW MCINTYRE

MVP joined AJ Styles, Curt Hawkins, Batista, Dolph Ziggler, Undertaker, Tyler Reks, Ted DiBiase, Jr, Bobby Roode, Chris Jericho, Charlie Haas, Wade Barrett and John Cena in the Royal Rumble match.

Jerry Lawler: 13 men remain in this match, and 8 more will join them!

Indeed, 90 seconds passed and Trent Baretta came out to the ring. 90 more, and the crowd was cheering the return of RVD. In total, 15 men were in the ring together, half of the Rumble's participants fighting at once. Things did not look good for Chris Jericho, as Tyler Reks and Curt Hawkins targeted him. They pinned him down for Kane to take a punch at him.

Jim Ross: Now what's that about? It's every man for himself here!

The 10 second countdown had started again, and Reks and Hawkins threw Jericho over the top rope. They celebrated, but didn't notice that Jericho was holding on from the second rope, hopelessly contorting his body to keep his feet from touching the floor. As the buzzer sounded "99 Problems" hit the PA, and Lance Storm sprinted to the ring to a thunderous ovation at number 25, taking the spot that had been vacated by the new EBWF World Champion, The Miz! Lance grabbed Jericho's legs, and the crowd cheered loudly as he directed them both to the ring apron. Jericho was safe, and together the former tag team champions slid into the ring, and took it to everyone in their path.

Jerry Lawler: This is what I like to see!

The arrival of the Rock at #26 was almost overshadowed, by the Super Kick that Lance Storm delivered to the face of MVP. MVP swayed, and together Lance and Jericho ran toward him with a double clothesline that eliminated him over the top rope.

THE THRILLSEEKERS eliminated MVP

The celebration was short lived, when the Rock came behind Lance and threw a furious forearm to his shoulder blades. Rock bounced of the ring ropes and clotheslined Lance Storm over the top rope.

THE ROCK eliminated LANCE STORM

After the ten count, "Rocket Skates" hit the PA and Paul London hurried into the match. He did a risky shooting star press from the top rope, taking out half the field. The tired brawling continued, and the fans counted down for the 28th entrant, and were brought to their feet by CM Punk who left his hooded zip up at the stage and went to the ring as fast as he legs would carry him. AJ and Ted continued to work together and eliminated Paul London.

TED DIBIASE & AJ STYLES eliminated PAUL LONDON

Jim Ross: Two men are left to enter this elimination match, and the winner is set to become the number one contender for the Miz's World Championship!

The crowd heard the buzz, and "Glass Shatters" hit the PA. They were on fire for the arrival of Stone Cold Steve Austin, and he entered the arena in typical Austin fashion. He got into the ring and hit a few stunners on those in his immediate line of site, but coming out of one, he ate a GTS from CM Punk who seemed to revel in the action. The countdown clock began again, but Ken Kennedy didn't get a chance to come to the ring before CM Punk grabbed Austin by the back of the shirt and threw him out of the ring over the top rope.

CM PUNK eliminated STEVE AUSTIN

The buzzer buzzed again, and the remaining contestants were joined by the number 30 entrant, Ken Kennedy.

Jim Ross: The number 30 man has joined the pack and business is about to pick up!

Mr. Kennedy, CM Punk, The Rock, RVD, Trent Baretta, AJ Styles, Curt Hawkins, Batista, Dolph Ziggler, Undertaker, Tyler Reks, Ted JR., Bobby Roode, Chris Jericho, Charlie Haas, Wade Barrett and John Cena. Seventeen men were still living their Wrestlemania dreams.

Jerry Lawler: All thirty men might be to the ring, JR, but impressively over half of these guys are still in this thing!

The two members of Trilogy were heavily embattled with Charlie Haas, who gotten taken down with a suplex, but managed to roll through into a roll up on Styles which got him kicked in the back of the head by DiBiase. Haas went sailing toward the ropes, just in time for Bobby Roode to grab him by the neck and help him out and over the top rope!

BOBBY ROODE eliminated CHARLIE HAAS

At one turnbuckle, Batista had Jericho cornered, and the crowd was giving a Jericho chant as he tried to fight out of his predicament. The crowd cheered as CM Punk left his feet, mounting the back of Batista and working hard on his back, shoulders and head to try to get the big man down. The plan backfired, as Batista spun with CM Punk on his back, causing Punk to lose his balance and fall over the top rope. Punk held on to the top rope, feet dangling precariously. Batista took a running start toward Punk to finish the job, but he was met by the fiery open hand chops from The Rock which brought the crowd back to their feet. The Rock laid in several chops, getting Batista's back to the ropes. CM Punk climbed to safety, and a Rocky chant went out. It was up to Rock to get Batista eliminated, but that proved to be a massive undertaking. Dolph Ziggler landed a missile drop kick to Batista's chest, which was just what Rock needed to get a solid clothesline and take the big man down.

DOLPH ZIGGLER & THE ROCK eliminated BATISTA

Jim Ross: That leaves us with 15!

In a reactionary chain of events, the playing field quickly became leveled.

CHRIS JERICHO eliminated TYLER REKS
JOHN CENA eliminated RVD
AJ STYLES & TED DIBIASE eliminated WADE BARRETT
TRENT BARRETA eliminated CURT HAWKINS

Jerry Lawler: Oh how quickly we've become ten!

Seeing the threat Ted DiBiase and AJ Styles presented as a team. The Undertaker saw to it that they be split up. He set his sights on Ted who had been in the match longer that AJ. Undertaker was near to the ropes when he picked up Ted, and it looked like it might be over for Trilogy as AJ Styles tried to run in for a save, throwing himself at the Phenom. The weight of both men took the Undertaker over the top rope, but Undertaker refused to release his grip on Ted DiBiase and took him over with him. AJ Styles went wide eyed looking at his partner out on the floor, only to be awakened by a Zig Zag from Dolph Ziggler that sent him down to the canvas.

AJ STYLES eliminated THE UNDERTAKER
AJ STYLES eliminated TED DIBIASE (Accidentally)

The crowd was alive as the match was coming down to the wire. Chris Jericho was in a heated exchange with Trent Barreta and the crowd cheered when Y2J hit the Codebreaker but was immediately confronted by John Cena who began knocking down the former champ with blows to the back. Mr. Kennedy picked up the pieces of Trent Barreta, and with a sort of look that said "No Hard Feelings" Kennedy took Barreta out of the Rumble.

MR. KENNEDY eliminated TRENT BARRETA

Cena and Jericho were still trading punches, and it was obvious the two men were wearing down. Jericho saw an opening for a Codebreaker, but when he left his feet Cena powered up and reached down to grab one of Jericho's legs, hoisting him up into the fireman's carry position. With some effort, John Cena hit the Attitude Adjustment on Chris Jericho over the top rope, and sending him out to the floor.

JOHN CENA eliminated CHRIS JERICHO

Jim Ross: John Cena has gone over 45 minutes in this matchup!

Ken Kennedy had turned up the intensity in the ring, taking on Bobby Roode. Roode had been in the match much longer than Kennedy and was losing his footing. Kennedy overpowered him and eliminated him.

KEN KENNEDY eliminated BOBBY ROODE

Kennedy turned into a massive right hand from The Rock. CM Punk was in one corner trying to get to his feet, while Ziggler was preoccupied with AJ Styles at the other side of the ring. John Cena was to one knee in another corner, and slowly but surely began to make it to his feet as well. As fate would have it, Cena and Punk turned to face the center of the ring at the same time and seeing the other participants already occupied with their own battles, meant this was the time for their first impromptu meeting. Punk narrowed his eyes at Cena, and Cena waved his hand in front of his face in the "You Can't See Me" gesture. Cena had taken a few steps out of the corner, and Punk hurled himself at him with no formal wrestling move, knocking him to the ground and meeting him with explosive left and right hooks to Cena's face.

Jerry Lawler: I'm not sure what the animosity between CM Punk and John Cena is, but they're taking this match to a whole different level.

Jim Ross: And if I didn't know any better, King, I'd say it was a personal one.

Cena grabbed Punk by the hair, and they used each other to get to their feet. Once standing, the two men went forehead to forehead, completely fuming. The cameras were careful not to stay focused on them for too long as they exchanged a heated set of words, before Punk began to pummel Cena with fists once again. Cena managed an Irish whip on Punk and then the running bulldog. Cena brushed off his shoulders for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, but when he went to drop, CM Punk rolled out of the way and moved right into an Anaconda Vice that he locked on tight. Cena started tapping.

Jim Ross: Someone better tell CM Punk that he can't win that way!

Punk broke the hold, and started bringing his foot down on the back of John Cena's head.
Despite the sideshow going on in the ring between Cena and Punk, Mr. Kennedy hit the Mic Check on The Rock, and helped him out and over the top rope.

KEN KENNEDY eliminated THE ROCK

The crowd was cheering the progress of Kennedy when they erupted again for the GTS that CM Punk hit on John Cena. With a fair amount of effort Punk helped Cena half way to his feet. Dolph Ziggler was lying in wait, alone in one corner. While Kennedy and AJ Styles tied up. Punk had been wise to back off of Cena as he waited for the bigger man to use the ropes to try to steady himself and as soon as he did, CM Punk took a flying clothesline to John Cena's upper body, and sent him over the top and crashing into the guard rail. Cena was incensed and his face was red with rage as CM Punk gave him a wave and mouthed "Bye!", before being grabbed on his shoulder and spun around into the waiting fists of Ken Kennedy.

CM PUNK eliminated JOHN CENA

That left Ziggler to fend for himself against AJ Styles and he gave it a valiant effort. CM Punk was feeling the sting of not pacing himself during his encounter with Cena, and almost in unison…

KEN KENNEDY eliminated CM PUNK
AJ STYLES eliminated DOLPH ZIGGLER

Jim Ross: And now we have two!

Styles and Kennedy traded blows in the middle of the ring, going hold for hold and a hit for a hit. Chain wrestling from both men, and then the two lock up. Kennedy secures a side headlock. Both men traded holds for a little while longer before Kennedy came up with another headlock. Kenedy took down Styles with a shoulder block. Styles took a running leap at Kennedy, landing on him and taking him down.

Kennedy almost got eliminated, but was able to hang on. He hit a missile dropkick on Styles, but Styles came back with a backbreaker. He tried to get Kennedy up for the Styles Clash, but didn't come close as Kennedy hit a clothesline. Styles was over the top rope, but hung on. Styles hit a corner dropkick. Styles hung on again. Styles got back in the ring with a shoulderblock over the rope. Kennedy avoided a kick and charged in. Styles got a back body drop, but Kennedy held onto the top rope. They fought up on the top rope. They punched each other, both fell down on the apron and went back in. Ken Kennedy with the Mic Check, he helped Styles to his feet and came close to eliminating him again. Kennedy slapped Styles in the face a few times. Styles got angry, and hit the Styles Clash. He tossed Kennedy over the rope, but Kennedy held on. Styles readied himself as Kennedy got up on the apron. Styles hit a dropkick, sending Kennedy to the floor.

Jim Ross: AJ Styles has done it!
