EBWF Warfare opened up with The Big Red Monster stood in the centre of the ring. The arena seemed uneasy as Kane stood centre in the ring with a vicious look upon his face.
Kane stood in the ring and listened to the fans giving him the usual mixed reaction with the booing overpowering the cheering. Fire shot out from the ring posts as Kane raised the microphone to his mouth and began to speak.
Kane: “Why on earth am I constantly being over looked here in the EBWF? I defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin with great ease last week on Aggression, and now I have to sit back and watch four other men get a chance to participate in Money in the Bank, whilst I face Matt Morgan. A match that I must just add has no point what so ever.”
The King: “It seems like Kane is gunning for gold JR.”
Jim Ross: “It does look that way King, but Kane will need to show that he is worthily of the challenge.”
Kane “All my life I have more or less taken a back seat, NOT NOW!!! I am sending a message to management right now. I want in! I want my chance to compete in the Money in the Bank match. If you do not grant my request, you shall FEEL MY PAIN!!!”
Kane dropped the microphone and fire shot out of the ring posts once again. A close up of Kane looking very agitated is shown; as Warfare gets off to a flying start.
JR: After that delay, Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another episode of EBWF Warfare! I am Jim Ross, along side my broadcast colleague, Jerry "The King" Lawler.
King: Thanks JR! We are just six days away from Sacrifice. And with one month to go before the summer spectacular that is SummerSlam, there is no telling what could happen in the next few weeks!
JR: I do know, King that Randy Orton is in the building tonight - and the EBWF World Champion is expected to find out his opponent at Sacrifice!
The theme song of Matt Morgan began to play and he stepped through the curtain. Morgan slid into the ring and Kane waited for Morgan to turn to face him before attempting a quick big boot. Morgan ducked underneath, running into the ropes. He leapt at Kane with an attempted flying forearm but the blow had little effect on the large man. Kane picked Morgan up and slammed him to the canvas. 1...2...kickout by Morgan!
JR: These two unbelievable athletes are giving it their all. Morgan fought back with right hands, and ran around Kane using his speed to his advantage. But Kane would not relent. He wrapped his arms around Morgan's waist, lifting him up with a bear hug, squeezing the life from him and putting pressure on his ribs. After a few seconds he slammed Morgan to the mat. Kane rolled into a cover...1...2...Morgan kicked out. Kane narrowed his eyes, seeming to think that Morgan kicking out was some kind of personal insult to him. He got to his feet, pulling Morgan up with him. He threw Morgan into the corner, powering into the corner after him with a big boot. Morgan slumped down in the corner, almost unconscious. Kane pulled Morgan up and whipped him across the ring again. Morgan hit the corner hard and Kane hit him with another big boot, grinning evilly. Kane wrapped his hand around Matt Morgan's neck and hit the chokeslam.
JR: What a thunderous chokeslam on Matt Morgan!
Kane went for the pin. 1...2...3!King: And Kane has won this match!
Randy Orton: Out of my way, little girl.
The camera zoomed out to see her as she spoke.
Nicole Ikeda: You think I’m just going to step aside and let you confront my brother with this attitude?
Randy Orton: You had better.
Nicole Ikeda: Do you like this, Randy? People cowering in fear? Leaving a path of destruction everywhere you go?! Is this what you like?!
Randy Orton: Don’t you dare try to psychoanalyze me, Nicole. Week in, week out, I come here looking for someone worthy to step into the ring with me, and your brother’s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. He has yet to hire anyone that can even be in my league - and when he bothers to find someone who appears to be a stand out superstar, like Bryan Danielson - your brother disrespects them by not giving them what they deserve. Then of course you have people like Shawn Michaels. He gets opportunity, after opportunity, and then blows the big ones because he wants to go home and be daddy.
Nicole started to say something, but Randy kept on.
Randy Orton: And that’s why I don’t have time for family. As I proved with Edge, I don’t have time for friendship. Your friend John Cena, all of these boys back here living the good life, partying, women... I don’t have time for relationships or girlfriends, or anything else that will take my focus off of this.
Randy tapped the world title on his shoulder.
Randy Orton: I’m only JUST getting started with this belt, Nicole. So when you run back to your brother and tell him how much self control it took for me not to snap you in half like the pathetic twig that you are, make sure you mention that my opponent for Sacrifice, had better be a worthy one, or he might just end up like all of them.
Randy motioned with his head toward the broken bodies lying in the hallway behind them, and shoved off past Nicole as she glared a hole into the back of his head, and EBWF went to commercial.
JR: And we're set to see the debut of Rayna Von Tosh as she takes on Candice Michelle.
Candice's music hit and the Go Daddy Girl came out to the ring. Rayna Von Tosh got a look warm reaction, mostly for being unknown. Rayna decided to make a bold move and go straight for Candice. JR: Rayna Von Tosh with a bold move! The King: Looks like she really want to win this match!Rayna took the fight to Candice after knocking her down, pounding her with right and left hands. She picked Candice up and whipped her into the ropes. Clothesline by Rayna. Rayna rolled into a cover...1..2..Candice kicked out and was on her feet again. Rayna kicked out at her but Candice blocked, tripping Rayna and following up with an elbow drop to Rayna's midsection. Candice seemed to feel the match shifting in her favor. Victory seemed on the horizon. She went for a DDT but Rayna grabbed onto the ropes to keep herself up and Candice was knocked to the canvas. Rayna pulled Candice to her feet and lifted her up with a DDT!
JR: Looks like Rayna might do it here!
Rayna went for the pin! 1...2...3!
Evan Bourne was first to the ring, and the crowd moved to their feet to greet him. "Dashing" Cody Rhodes was next to the ring, and the fans booed him relentlessly. Rhodes got into the ring, and the match was ready to start. The two locked up and kicked off a fast paced and exciting match. The two embarked on some exciting chain wrestling with Bourne showing off his technical wrestling ability.
King: Evan Bourne is holding his own against Cody Rhodes!
JR: Dashing Cody Rhodes!
Rhodes took a quick advantage, whipping Bourne into the ropes and taking him down with an arm drag. He ran into the ropes and got some added momentum, following up with a dropkick. Cover by Rhodes..1...2..quick kick out by Bourne who shot back to his feet. He shot Zack off the ropes himself, hitting a flapjack. He bounced off the ropes with a moonsault and the fans cheered. Cover by Bourne...1...2...kickout by Rhodes.
King: An incredibly close contest here!
Bourne slapped the canvas getting the crowd behind him as they clapped in unison. He waited for Rhodes to begin to get up before charging with a running high knee. The blow knocked Rhodes back and Bourne took him down with a snapmare. He started pulling Rhodes to his feet but Rhodes fought back with right hands. Rhodes caught a knee to Bourne's midsection followed by a DDT. Cover by Rhodes again...1...2...kickout by Bourne. Rhodes argued with the ref for a moment and Bourne got to his feet, spinning Rhodes around and setting up for a DDT. It seemed the match was about to be over. But Rhodes fought his way out of the move reversing into the CrossRhodes!! Cover by Rhodes! 1...2...3!
Tired of being ignored and more than ready to find out who his opponent for Sacrifice would be, Randy Orton was moving down the hallway again, except this time, it was without the chaos going on all around him. He smirked as he came to a stop outside of Wes Ikeda’s door, the label clearly marked. Randy knocked loudly, and after a couple of heart beats, the door came swinging open. Randy looked at Wes, his smirk growing wider.
Randy Orton: You’re running out of time.
Wes Ikeda: I’ve made a decision, Randy.
Randy Orton: Well, who’s death warrant did you just sign, Wes.
Wes Ikeda: I didn’t.
Randy looked at Wes with contempt as the chairman continued.
Wes Ikeda: I’ve decided that you will have no opponent at Sacrifice - because after what Bryan Danielson did - I’ve found that I tend to agree with you. I want to see who proves themselves. But Randy...
Randy sneered at Wes as he spoke his name.
Wes Ikeda: ... don’t be surprised when Edge comes back, and the first thing he does is go straight for you. Title, or none.
Wes closed the door in Randy’s face, leaving him contemplating that warning as Warfare went to commercial.
King: That’s right folks; Mr Kennedy has already secured his place, who can achieve a place tonight?
Britney Almost Dropped Her Baby blared across the PA system as Bret Dibiase made his way out to the ring. The fans sat in attendance gave him a reception of nothing but boo’s. Miseria Cantare hit and CM Punk walked down the ramp to pretty much the same icy boo’s as Bret Dibiase. Punk did not seem to mind as he walked down to the ring bearing a rather cocky grin. A new day blared out and Ted Dibiase came out onto the stage in his usual cocky style. He sauntered down to the ring eyeing up his competition for the night. With all three men stood in the ring anxiously awaiting the arrival of the final competitor, I came to play hit and out walked The Miz. All four of these competitors received a very cold welcome; however The Miz seemed to draw the most reaction out of the EBWF fans.
King: JR this is going to be a showstopper I can just tell.
JR: If this match is anything like the qualifier on Aggression, we have a lot to look forward to King.
The bell sounded and Ted Dibiase went right for The Miz hitting him with a hard clothesline. As Ted was taunting The Miz, on the other side of the ring Brett Dibiase was throwing punches with CM Punk back and forth until Brett fell to his feet. Ted took The Miz outside of the ring and threw him into the barricade. He then picked The Miz up and dropped him firmly on his neck onto the barricade, leaving The Miz to screech in pain outside the ring.
JR: It looks like The Miz could be out of it before he even got started.
CM Punk has Brett Dibiase set up in the ring for massive DDT. He connected with the hard DDT and went for the cover, but Ted Dibiase was in place to make the save. With The Miz still retching in pain on the outside of the ring, Ted and Brett Dibiase managed a double team act on CM Punk, making it look very unlikely that Punk stood a chance. The match went back and forward for a solid few moments, before the demise of the Dibiase duo came into play. Brett hit Punk with a kick to the side of the head and then demanded Ted hold him in position. Brett went to the top rope and dropped a huge missile dropkick, however Punk managed to scurry out of the way meaning Brett dropkicked his own brother Ted Dibiase, sending him crashing out of the ring.
JR: I didn’t think that was supposed to happen. It looks like the rift between both Dibiase brothers has just grown stronger.
Brett went over to the ropes and peered over to check on his brother. Punk went up behind Dibiase and turned him round, thinking he could enter into a quick Go to Sleep. Dibiase countered and went for his unique version of snap DDT. Punk managed to counter this and hit the Go to Sleep and gain the three count.
King: Punk overcame the odds tonight. Punk is the second entrant into the Money in the Bank match up.
As Warfare went off the air, Punk’s celebrations were cut short as Mr Kennedy appeared at the top of the entrance ramp eyeing up his opponent. With more qualifiers still to come, who knows how the Money in the Bank match will shape up?
